Q: How quickly will a Damage Restoration Specialist be on site?
A: During normal business hours M-F 9:00am to 5:00pm, a Damage Restoration IICRC Certified Technician will be on site within 2 hours. After hours or weekend response is 2-4 hours.

Q: Will you bill my insurance company?
A: Yes, once you have filed a claim and recieved a claim number for a covered loss we will follow your insurance company's quidelines for loss mitigation and submit a bill upon completion.

Q: How long will the drying process take?
A: Drying times can vary widely depending on the scope of work and job severity. On average, we can successfully return the affected area(s) to a pre-loss condition in 3-5 days.

Q: If I choose to pay out of pocket and not file an Insurance claim do I have to pay up front?
A: No, only a deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon completion. The deposit is is usually between $250 and $500 dollars but can be higher depending on the size of the job.

Q: What equipment will your Water Damage Restoration Company use to dry my home or business?
A: Water Damage Restoration Company will use a combination of "Air Movers" and "Dehumidifiers" using cutting edge technology to meet or acceed IICRC drying standards. The appropriate number and combination of drying equipment will be determned by the onsite technician. In most cases we will place one "Air Mover" every 50 SqFt. Q: Should I turn the equipment off at night?
A: No, all equipment must be left on at all times. Turning off the equipment will delay the drying process.
